For those of you watching who have yet to take the MCAT, there is a company which is a lot like this Osmosis company, but for MCAT prep (*It's called ALTIUS). It gives you a customizable study plan, all study material needed including more than 20 legitimate AAMC-style MCAT exams, plus 2 AAMC Full Length Exams. The best two things about ALTIUS are that it's students have averaged in the 90th percentile on the MCAT for the last DECADE, and it's based off of scientific memory research just like Osmosis which utilizes Spaced Repetition for increasing one's retention of the info. and works GREAT on the actual day you take the MCAT! I am totally going to use Osmosis in MED school! What a great resource! Thanks Dr. Ossareh for making this video!

New medical school student here. I have a question, the resources Lecturio and Osmosis, are they best used together? Or do you find it better to choose one? They are both subscriptions and I want to say in my budget for medical school.

If I go to med school, my goal is to become a consultant in neurosurgery. My goal in engineering is to get employed in a oil company and have a good carear. Help me please, Any advise would help. Thank you.
Does anyone here used osmosis , lecturio or boards and beyond before ?if yes which one do you think is the best one to use along with lectures notes that will certainly help you understand all basic sciences ?
