I in recent years came across 2 sites from Ireland and UK who uses a cloth-like polyester that is exceptional texture and durability, from some of the images in your video I could sort of see the construction, but I want to be sure the polyester you use has a woven like feel almost like cotton or a hardy fabric at least. The type I speak of specifically is known as 155gr or 155gsm Woven Polyester.

What is the best way to wash a flag if it gets stained or dirty? Usually dyed polyester stands up well to washing in hot or cold water, and can also stand the heat of a dryer. But maybe these flags need more delicate handwashing?
