I would hate having rooftop tents . Having to level the whole truck is difficult. Then everything you need to go anywhere you have to close it up. Once you’re set up you pretty much can’t move unless you tear down the entire camp . . Glad for the video though . Saves much headache
Love your channel! It inspired us to start our own channel. We still need to figure out how to get our Bronco as organized as yours. Our trunk looks crazy!
Was looking forward to wind storm footage! Great video though, capitol hill forest looks like a great place to visit. Too bad the weather continues to be cold and wet even now. Are you going to the expo in enumclaw this weekend?
No I won’t be there unfortunately. Found out about it too late. Honestly it was so wet that I had to replace my camera after this trip with the footage I got. Best I could do lol!
What does you remaining payload look like after rack and tent? I’m on the verge of getting an identical spec bronco but I’ve heard complaints about people not being able to mount tents without being overweight
Really!? The payload on the low end is 1050 right or am I missing something? The tent and rack combined is around 225 so I’m totally fine. As for the rack itself, I have another 160 lbs of dynamic rating to play with
@@OFFTHEGRIND see that’s exactly what I was thinking too. I think once you add yourself, water, couple of days worth of provisions and things like better armor, sliders, recovery gear and/or winch you get real close -if not over- GVWR. Not really sure so I was curious what your real world experience has been so far. Appreciate the reply, rig looks sick
Thanks man! I can see being all loaded getting close, but I’m not worried about it honestly. But Yeah the TrailRax is the way to go once you get yours! It’s incredible! I have a review on it if you’re interested
Hello, love your vids & new Bronco!! Where you camp, do you need some kind of permit or pass when you head into the mountains like in this video??? I'm a newbie!!
Thanks so much! So this area does require anything. But if it’s national forrest or state forests typically they’ll require a day pass or cheaper to just buy a annual pass. It can vary by state though so I can’t help too much unfortunately
@@thecaptain2521 for sure! There are maps like onX and Gaia gps that have laters that will tell you who owns the land if you’re outside of a park too and that’ll help
I’m really liking that bronco, that stance it has looks really good
Thank you! I’m loving it too!
1:20 As both a Bronco owner and an avid photographer, I respect the hell out of the effort put into staging and getting this shot 🤓
Thanks so much!! I appreciate that. Definitely a lot of work getting some of these shots but man it’s fun
Great video, just quiet serenity. Can't think of a better place to enjoy a 15 year old single malt. Slàinte Mhath!
Thank you! Despite the weather rolling in it was a good night. And what an excellent scotch it was! Cheers
You're due for a sunny camping trip, that's for sure! Loved the chill ASMR vibe of this one.
Haha I agree man! So ready for spring. Thanks!

Haha dude it’s really not. Ready for a nice trip that’s for sure

Haha glad I could help! It’s so nice honestly
Had to get that OTG hat in green. 🔥
Got your order! I’ll get it out asap! Thanks!
Is the folding table on your tailgate an aftermarket as well?
Yeah it is. It is from IAG

Where is that? I swear I know that spot. Weyerhaeuser out of north bend?
I was significantly south of that lol
Where is this. Looking for places in wa. I’m in the Everett area..
This is down in capital state forest, so a bit of a drive for you but definitely worth checking out
What is the resipe for the skillet?
Oh man, there really wasn’t one. I just through shit in a pan and put salt and pepper on it lol
@@OFFTHEGRIND At night salt and pepper is not desirable 😀.Video👍чудове
Our ancestors didnt have propane torches to start a fire,t hey had to use their pubic hair to get it started.
I guess you're just gonna be cold until you hit puberty then
I’ve never been first before 😜
I was actually first, I just type too slow. 🤣 JK
Hahaha well neither of you are the typically first so you may have started a war here lol

Ok cool, I live near Olympia and have a national park pass & discover pass, guess that's the best I can do. Thanks so much!!!
