When I was a child in Salem, deep south of India, Kabuliwallahs were regular traders coming home selling all kinds of dry fruits and other exotic stuff. They were always nice and kind and we all looked forward for their visits. Over time this stopped. Even now I remember this with fondness... Pray that Afganisthan finds peace and the people life a bountiful life!!!

I have 1 afghan boy and a girl working brothers and sisters.
Both are like friends for me. They work as if it is their restaurant with full dedication plus I have helped one of their cousins in completing his education.
They had financial constraints back then.
Sweet and beautiful people. Even after so much war, they respect foreigners 😊
