    The issue is that Medicaid does not pay (NEMT) companies enough to invest in the technology that will improve and make their service efficient.

    Terminal ill patients should not have to meet eligibility nor should the disable.

    Subcontracting opens the door to unreliable, uncaring and untrained service. Lfty and Uber does not have the proper vehicles or training to transport these medically ill clients. Medicaid trying to go around paying the drivers a decent pay. What Medicaid charge clients vs what they pay drivers is two different things. All medical visits should be covered.
