Recently I discovered for myself a number of brilliant African singers and musicians. They make you hope that Africa is coming into its own. Nothing like them these days anywhere else. Brilliance, talent, beauty. I wish though they will / would also refuse to become "commodities" of the consumer world!!! Yes, difficult... Still... it is sooooo enjoyable to see and hear them!
Dunno exactly what I'm sharing as I don't understand the meaning of the 2nd strophe but it's the most wonderful song I've come across recently - A true Diva and rising star me thinks :-)
There should be shame abounding at the lack of character, civility, and manhood that this video portrays. Hope it makes a difference to any who see the shallow ugliness in their own treatment of women and children.

Dobet Gnahore C'est sur qu'on ressent toujours le bon feeling quand tu chantes dans ta langue maternelle le bété, en dida ou en autres langues africaines :) mais je trouve normal et positif de chanter aussi en anglais, en french de temps en temps!Juste excellent travail abbattu par Dobet et son staff!God bless you
