I actually thought of this a long time ago it's funny. I have a suggestion. You can make Eric a cheese restaurant because he just seems to love cheese and people sniffing him which makes me concerned, but Eric just seems to love cheese so a nice cheese restaurant or maybe factory would be amazing.
