Please understand the heart of father God. He is also going through a tough time watching what you are going through. And yet he allowed you to go through that because he knows who you will become when you overcome it. He loves you much and he is also pleading for you. So please don't give up and claim his promise! He will never let you go if you don't give up on him. Blessings!

I prayer earnestly for an answer to my trial that I'm currently going through and God woke me up at 3am and straight away told me in my thoughts to be still and known that I am God and the most amazing peace came over me knowing that my life is safe in Gods hands and that in His timing, He will reveal His plan.

You mention Acts of the Apostles p 50-51 at 36:04 where apparently the disciples received the Spirit because they lost sight of themselves and didn’t ask for blessings for themselves. And if you are in church, especially one taking tithe, your church is to help you. Don't keep your mouth closed. Speak up. Does your pastor or community service leader even know? God will show you what to do and who you could talk to. But understand that your church family does not read minds. But be bold. The same way you are struggling, others are struggling. Open up and speak. Encouragement will come. God is faithful. The young lions lack and suffer hunger but those who trust the Lord shall not lack any good thing. Open your bible, read the promises aloud and pray them back to God. That is how you claim them.
I think people stress too much with prayers what if you just trust? People have all these wants and preferences. Wouldnt surrender mean prayer stops because you trust?
pastor you said the disciples had no power until after the upper room. I have to politely disagree .. luke ch 10 mark ch 16 and matt ch 24 clearly states that jesus gave power and authority to the disciples to cast out demons , heal the sick and raise the dead in his name. We have been give all this in christ as well …But we do not understand who we are IN CHRIST and whose we are. If we did the surrendering would be a pleasure and we would ask ourselves what else lord what else..❤❤..🤷🏻♀️
