I don't think Alamat got their dance training from kpop. They have Filipino choreographers. The Philippines is actually known globally in dance competitions for decades now. Before asian pop craze and social media, we already had Filipino dance groups going mainstream, And they were huge. And then there's Philippine All-Stars and The Jabbawockees, to name a few. It's normal for little kids in the Philippines to dance and sing in front of family and local town fiestas. Most kids in the Philippines are self-taught, since there isn't enough funds for some to enroll in professional dance studios. They rely on minimal and very organic resources. It's also in our showbiz culture that "artistas" or celebrities should have the entire package. They should be visual and are able to sing, dance, rap and act. This is why you will see a lot of rappers in Ppop groups who can also belt out big vocals.
The lyrics are actually not sexual if you understand what an Aswang is. It does have a long tongue that sucks to eat its victim. Particularly, infamous for thread-thin tongue that sucks out fetuses from a pregnant woman's womb while she's sleeping.

The captions are usually from their creative director, i assume the captions are closest to their vision as to how the songs should translate (there are some ph words w/ no direct translation in english, making them lose gravity/intensity when translated) The songs you featured are from their EP Pasulong. The story also has a moral lesson, don't fall in love with a monster, or you'll also turn into one, as the gents here turned into Aswang by the end
