Intra- Center Transition Form Training

Welcome to the Intra-Center Transition Training. This training will discuss the proper use of the Intra- Center Transition Form. When used properly, this form will document the movement of staff and children throughout the day. The goal of is this tool is to illustrate the daily supervision and monitoring of the children in our classrooms.
