The problem with the photoshops is that the people that you photoshopped in don’t look like they belong. As a remedy, I advise adding a layer of a solid color of the background on only the celebrity and to lower the opacity till it looks correct

New Yorker here. Top of the Rock is an observation deck at the top of 30 Rockefeller Plaza. The building isn't called the Rock but rather it's to refer to the fact you're above Rockefeller Center/Plaza
