It's quite scary to be a soon-to-be graduate nowadays, we're expected to be just as successful as any other college graduates while the pandemic is still going... You are NOT lazy nor unsuccessful, we're doing the best we can with what we're given! Also, I hate how young people (college graduates) are shamed for living in their family home! If you have a loving family who is more than willing to help you out, why not accept the help and use the opportunity? Ps: excited for the upcoming fitness content and a possible travel video from Korea!
For me, I want to move out because of a toxic environment but still in uni. Circumstances are different for everyone. But I agree with what you're saying!
thats such a lovely comment, thanks a lot for taking of the pressure of performing perfectly while pandemic is going crazy outside, its so helpful to read your words :) sending lots of love💕
i am fangirling that you answered my question. i just graduated and totally relate to your post-grad sadness. i've applied to so many positions and nothing. don't beat yourself up too hard! you're not alone, and i'm happy you're sharing your experience openly :)
I can’t believe this is my 3- 4 years watching you. Honestly I found on you by accident, from your gym tips. You really helped me with my fear of going to the gym. You really paved my way into fitness and introducing me to weightlifting. Helped me understand how lifting heavy doesn’t always mean having a bulky body
I relate SO much to all of your answers! I just graduated in may 2020 also and moved back home to live with my parents as well. It’s weird I feel lowkey judged by peers who have moved out, but also I agree with you in that it doesn’t make sense financially right now to move, especially since my job is online. Love your honesty in this video 😍🌟
i was having a really shitty day today, questioning my life's purpose and battling severely negative thoughts. decided to workout while watching some of your older videos and i just wanted to say that you helped me come out of that depressive funk today, and inspiring me to live for myself. so re: your life's purpose, you're doing great and already affecting so many others around you with your platform :)
This was great! It's really comforting to know that I'm not alone at this stage in life ( just graduated, 22 goign on 23, living at home, figuring work out) it's nice to have a reminder that people my age are navigating similar circumstances, especially during these troubling times. Thanks for sharing:)
I totally can relate to living with parents after graduation. Sometimes I feel pressure to move out and be "adult" living on my own, but Bay Area housing is just so expensive 🙃
I totally understand the job struggle! I am also a recent college grad and in the months following my graduation looking for a job was definitely stressful (esp given the pandemic) I really tried to apply every day, however there were just some days that you just don't have the motivation -- as with all things that we do & that is OKAY. But I think timing is key and for now we have to trust the process-- I did and I am very grateful for how things turned out.
Girl I feel you on a spiritual level. I graduated back in May as well - I've been working on myself, but also sort of less on the go with the job applications. The way you've said it expressed my feelings exactly, and I want to say that both of us are doing what we can do, and enjoying the time we have right now. It will all work out! supporting you, and thank you for sharing ♥️
I totally get you. I just graduated in Dec 2020. As of late I’ve been stressing about moving to a new area, getting a masters degree, traveling, buying a home, having kids etc, all before the age of 30 (6 years from now). I wish I saw these post grad videos before lol 😂
Dear Kris, You are one of the main reasons I decided to come to SJSU this year and I am honestly very happy with my decision. I’m still at home but I am very excited to go to real school (whenever that will be) because I know there are so many activities, internships, jobs, friends, and a whole new life ahead of me! Don’t feel “lazy” and “unaccomplished” you just graduated college sis! If you have parents that want to support you then why not stay and save up financially and figure what you want to do? You are not alone. Love your videos and I wish the best for you.
give yourself some grace. I got let go back in september and I've been looking since then. Job market is very different right now so I'm not being hard on myself. Just keep applying and give yourself some grace throughout the process because it can get hard. good luck out there!
Love this video!! I totally agree with you - I think my purpose as of right now is to spread as much kindness and empathy to others and to myself 💛Love your channel Kris keep it up!!
Thank you so much for posting this. I graduate in 3 days and I feel very overwhelmed! I’ve been applying to jobs but like you said, during the pandemic, it’s HARD.
i feel you!!! my senior season of softball got cancelled and it was hard to process everything because of the initial shock. i would go from being sad to angry to feeling guilty for being angry to being sad to completely ignoring my feelings hahahaha. i think it will always be something that i'm upset about but i just try to keep things in perspective and be happy and thankful for the time that i did have with my teammates and the sport!!
Wow it's crazy I use to watch your back to college videos but I have unfortunately been off the media for a while and I must say.. I'm so proud of you. I'm late but congratulations❤❤
I gasped when I its written in the title "how to be single", I mean.... I didnt aware there is "a how" about this, I do nothing and I've been single my whole life! lol
I love ur fitness content it’s been keeping motivated. Omg same! I’m still in college so I’m hoping after I graduate I would be able to travel as my job and Korea is on my bucket list! Also lol who’s ur bts bias
Hello Krisss, I finally watch the videooo, my charger doesn't work anymore and I can't afford a new one by the moment, so I was trying to bring it back to life 😂. I love this videooo, chatting with you is so calm and fresh, I love all your answers, I love you girl, stay safe and I hope you are ok 💛. Propuse in life? Idk, Kris, hard question, haha, come back in a year to answer that.
Please look up what post grad means before using it so willy nilly. When a student who is NOT doing advanced studies after already obtaining one degree, please do not use the term post grad, please refer the term "after grad/convo". Thank you

I can't imagine graduating from college right now.
It was definitely an unusual experience 😪
My graduation was an email on Sept 1...
Bruh I don't even feel hype for mine. Literally just want it to be over already.
I’m a new grad (class of 2020 wooop!) And totally related to you on putting things into perspective in terms of positivity and self improvement! ✊🏼✨
Congrats on graduating!!! Graduated from grad school in May 2020 and currently job searching. Best of luck.
