I've noticed it's pretty common with Korean celebrities (because I mostly see celebrities so I don't know if it applies to most koreans) their lobes are pierced very low
Mawadda Cassiem lobes that are pierced very low tend to happen to people who get their lobes pierced when they’re little. Because their ears grow. Or it could be the piercer’s style.

I got an industrial, 2 helix, 3 lobes and a tragus in one day. In total I have 9 piercings if I add my already pierced lobes... I count an industrial as 2 piercings because it has 2 holes and i can always use 2 different rings for that so I'm counting it as 10 piercings and not to forget my belly button so I have 11
