he beat absolute fuckin top class horses. Its easily forgotten that horses raced more often, werent wrapped in cotton wool like these days and were tough. The calibre of horse back then is highly superior to today. I honestly can't say how today's black type horse would go against the likes of Bonecrusher and his NZ friends. His Tancred victory..... you wouldn't believe he was 3 then..... he won with the maturity of a 6 yo. Thanks so much for sharing this beautiful horse's victories... its a pleasure to watch him again.
