Next time you try this, get a mod for a green screen stage and remove the hud. Alternately, find the raw files for Nago's animations or model and import them to Blender, after which you can render them to 2d sprites and even make your own custom ones. Doing an actual art project, drawing and animating something yourself while studying from a book or youtube tutorials, can teach you skills you can transfer to this sort of work to allow you to do this faster and with more accuracy. Keep at it! It's impressive you got this far. I'm an artist myself and made stuff like this back in the day.
@bloodyidit4506 well thank you . I rip my sprites from videos I record, I remove the hud from the game, remove image from background and work on the image brightness. I always appreciate the advice .
@@EvanTatum You can go farther and learn Street Fighter 3 style spriting ngl. Don't take shortcuts, dive in, even if it seems hard. One thing at a time.

@xcreenplay7264 lol well did my best. If I tried to animate faster he would've played janky so kept him slow like Strive lol
@xcreenplay7264 also some animations i tried to match the sound timing, although could always cut and separate sounds and make attacks faster:)
