I realized that they did a good job of casting part-Italian actors for most of the Grimms considering the role is hereditary. here's an explanation about Nick and 'Trubel' they're both Grimm. they recognise Wesen (Monroe is a BlutBad, a wolf/werewolf-like Wesen and his partner Rosalee is a FuchsBau, a red fox-like Wesen) for Wesen, looking into a Grimm's eyes is like looking in a black hole....
I'm glad they explained it in an episode and their shock of surprise when he genuinely didn't know. Also the episode Nick meets Monroe's parents, not the best of first impressions. Lol
Its explained further in Monroe and Rosalee's wedding, its not an empty black hole/abyss but more like obsidian dark where the Vessen can see their true form reflected in the eyes of a Grimm that recognizes them.
Maybe because I instinctively don't trust people, I always felt that "but not all wesson are like us..." line was a bit odd. I get her point, but I would just assume that wesson, like humans, are mostly bad with a small minority of good ones in the mix. I'd love to have friends like Rosalee and Monroe.
Most people are too trusting. I used to call people up to get information on people who had skipped on bills; no one ever questioned my right to information or my being who I said. Even if they knew their relative or acquaintance tended to steal, I worried about people so trusting. People tell me I'd be happier if I were more trusting.

IIRC this is at the end of season three, then at the beginning of season five Rosalee woges to threaten a wesson fbi who might have hurt Trubel.
Miss this show

Munroe is the man.
Criminology student 😂😂
My favorite serie 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
here's an explanation about Nick and 'Trubel'
they're both Grimm. they recognise Wesen (Monroe is a BlutBad, a wolf/werewolf-like Wesen and his partner Rosalee is a FuchsBau, a red fox-like Wesen) for Wesen, looking into a Grimm's eyes is like looking in a black hole....
Are those names German? BlutBad means bloodbath, fuchsbau means foxden
@@alex73217 well most names of Wesen are in German but some are different like Apgadnieks (a snow dog-like Wesen) is Latvian
Omg I didn't know that all the names of the wesen are german and even the word "wesen" is german. As a german that really makes me happy😊
not all
@@toomanyaccountsMost of them . Like 98%
She welcomes trouble 😆
Yes
It's always Forest Park, lol.
Sorry i have say it, "i knew you were trouble when you walked in!"
She seriously goes by the name trouble 😅😅😅
Maybe because I instinctively don't trust people, I always felt that "but not all wesson are like us..." line was a bit odd. I get her point, but I would just assume that wesson, like humans, are mostly bad with a small minority of good ones in the mix. I'd love to have friends like Rosalee and Monroe.
Most people are too trusting. I used to call people up to get information on
people who had skipped on bills; no one ever questioned my right to information or my being who I said. Even if they knew their relative or acquaintance tended to steal, I worried about people so trusting. People tell me I'd be happier if I were more trusting.
picture this. you encounter a lion in the wild. what are the odds youll try to befriend it as a little rabbit.
@@Hunlover123601 Is the lion wearing clothes, walking on two legs, and talking to me? I'm probably not going to automatically think it is an evil, mindless beast.
Cool!! Good character, great name!
Trubel really nice name for a grimm
I only noticed now what fangs Rosalee has when she woge.
If I was told my eyes could go "all the way down to my soul dark" I'd probably think it's cool too.
I love watching grimm
Rosalee is not only pretty she's bit of a hottie.
Rosalee is such a foxy lady.
