Totally agree, it seems so many people love Tornado Man's theme the most, its understandable, the boss battle music in MM9 is definitely my second favorite next to MM3 Boss Battle.
Like the seaside-esque feel, you also did a nice job with that in Neptune's theme from MMW5, aquatic robot master themes seem kinda like your speciality... :)

Splash woman is always going to be my best robot master of megaman 9 since it is the game that revived the megaman saga and is much better than megaman 11
I don't get why they won't announce another female RM if they had created one. They shouldn't have made one or they should've thought of one before so there's more balance in gender.
