Notice the swimming space for 12 medium sized angels. Has nobody noticed that these fish cannot move through this 'grass'? The tall stuff literally does not move. It has become prison bars ,making the size of their 'cell' even smaller. In essence it works like a 15 gallon tank.

Fish are not swimming too much plant and no room to move.
tank is far too small..
