Iv got HAGS oblivion based on Paco rabbane invictus IL use on my next shave , with the same aftershave lotion as you and Paco rabbane invictus aqua EDT 👍 not tried a soap from Greece before
I’ve heard a lot of good thing about HAGS. I need to give them a try at some point. Every time I check the razor company they seem to be out of stock, they sell out like lightning ⚡️, thanks for watching!
I went with the Tube as well and agree 100% that it's easy to apply and, I assume, much less messy since you just put the cap back on. I swear I did a few Stirling shaves this week but, unlike you, I haven't figured out an efficient process for making my videos. I'm working on it. I completely agree with your assessment of Stirling being the pinnacle of what an artisan small batch soap company can become. I have said it before but I can't imagine a time when I don't own at least one Stirling product, if not many as I currently do. Thanks for the video. Congratulations on Infinity. It's such a cool project and I'm so pleased you were able to collaborate with an artisan. I'm hoping this is just the first of many. Have a great week!
I can’t make that decision for you. I know I would buy it. Personally I love the smell of CK Eternity. It’s a darn good scent that’s for sure. Thanks for stopping by!
Preaching to the choir here. I was buying from Stirling from back when they were a startup in Texas.Their catalog of scent choices is almost overwhelming. Nicely done, Ben. Enjoy your weekend.
Hi there sorry to see this video so late but what is the difference between aftershave lotion invictus and regular invictus edt as the aftershave lotion is a lot cheaper
Hey!...new to this channel. I wanted to know where you got your invictus aftershave. I’ve been trying to find it in the US and most stockists don’t have it
I got mine on Fragrancenet. They always have a 35% off code, you just have to know where to look. www.fragrancenet.com/cologne/paco-rabanne/invictus/after-shave-lotion#266405
I’ve been trying to tell people the same thing for years with Stirling, Shannon’s and a few others. For some reason people think higher price equals better. Not usually the case. Thanks for watching!
It’s made by Langley City Soap Company. It’s extremely expensive and they only make a couple batches of them a year, so it’s quite rare. I know that isn’t what you wanted to hear but that’s the story with the shave bowl. Thanks for asking!
Another top video! Well done, Ben. You buffed with abandon, and survived to tell the tale. If nothing else, you can’t fault the soap’s slickness. The Lupo looks good. I have been revisiting my Razorock SLOC this week and have been getting wonderfully smooth shaves. I must say I’m happy with all my RR razors (SLOC, Mamba 70 and GC 68). They work well and are exceptional value for money. Have you tried the SLOC? How do the Silver Blues compare to Gillette Platinum? Cheers. 👍🪒
I have not tried the SLOC. I’ve been trying to find a DOC razor with a steel head rather than chrome plated zinc. Any suggestions? Thanks for watching!
@@soapthing No. Sorry. I also have the PAA version of the SLOC. The RR is noticeably smoother - and (I think) better finished. The RR SLOC is inexpensive (you can probably buy the baseplate and head only and use your own RR handle), so might be worth a try anyway.
Great video, I agree with you 100% Stirling is just really good 😊 Great soap✅, great people✅ & great price ✅
Thanks for stopping by!
Good evening Master specialist shaving etc. I agree with you! Great shave Man.
Thanks for watching!
@@soapthing Welcome
Great shave and you're right starling is banging for the price been using Sterling for the last 5 years one of my main to go.
I’m glad you’ve stuck with them for so long. It’s great soap. Thanks for watching!
Nice shave. I agree, Stirling is the soap all others are compared too.
Thanks for stopping by sir, have a great week!

I’m hoping to have more projects soon, we’ll see. Your processes will come with time, don’t give up! Thanks for watching.
Just watched Don’s video on Infinity.
Should I place an order?

Well I suppose with time comes volume and variety. Look at PAA and A&E… I rest my case.
@@soapthing true but both of those have culled a lot of their offerings over the years. I'm hard pressed to think of discontinued Stirling offerings.
Saw your collaboration with Donald Youngner for the Infinity soap. Branching out?
Depends how you define branching out. What do you mean exactly?
Nice shave! I need to break out my lupo.
Yes you do. It is crying out for attention.
@@soapthing look out for Wednesdays video, I will have to try out a odd ball soap

I love it After shave lotion, what do you think about fragrance?
It’s a bit sweeter than I would want it to be, but not bad. Very strong scent.
@@soapthing I like it burn for me!
Stirling works great for me. I’ve used soaps costing two or three times the price with the same result.

Have to know very interested in who is the maker of your shaving bowl like the looks of it looks like a geofatboy maybe?

Thanks for the scent report Ben. Personally I don't like Invictus scent at all, call me old fashioned if you like. 👌😎🤟
A lot of people feel that way. I totally understand why, it’s a polarizing scent. Thanks for watching!
