I’m 37 and have been 112 pounds my entire adult life. I gained 35 pounds in 8 months and I have grainy nodules all in my arms legs and neck area and my doctors won’t even test me for this. Thank you ladies for taking the time to give us tools to help ourselves. After much research I know I am not crazy.
It's a shame that we can't see what she is doing with her neck because her name tag is right across her neck area. Why didn't someone notice this while recording or even correct it after this video was posted? Thanks for the information 👍
I've been morbidly obese all my adult life, until finding the miracle of cutting carbohydrates and seed oils out of my life. That said, I've always felt rather healthy and have had a relatively normal distribution of fat everywhere, and I think it is probably because I'm a singer who has been breathing deeply with my diaphragm muscle all my life. Love all these helpful messages and will implement them into my daily regimen!
