I’m South Indian and I’ve been to Thailand this year and I was shocked to see the number of Ganesh statues there. (Or maybe elephants are their national animal?) idk... but yeah. My mom being the religious person she is, stoped at each idol, took of her shoes and started praying. 😂 Thailand is a beautiful place and the fact that they’re celebrating a beautiful and respected festival in grandeur is warming my heart.
