Build an AI speech audio enhancer

In this video we work through the creation of a speech audio enhancer. We start with an open source library, add some functionality to make it a desktop application, and package it into a Windows installer that average users will know how to use.
This just serves as a starting point. The quality could be drastically improved. We could create the ability to queue up multiple files. We could create the ability to remove noise and not waste time with enhancing. Part 2 with these improvements is coming soon.
