is the event data will be gone after HMI restart? How to make the data stay even after HMI power is off/restart?

hi! for me, in event display letters are smooth and nice, but in alarm display, they’re sort of pixelated and rough. readable, but clearly something’s wrong there. is it normal or am I missing something?
I also noticed that if I remove background from the event display, letters become pixelated in there as well.
