'The Monkey's Paw' is the horror version of a story about three wishes. The family in this story is gifted a wish-granting talisman (the monkey's paw) and warned not to use it. Ignoring this warning, and without consideration for the consequences, they begin to use the wishes. The wishes are all granted at a dreadful price, leaving the family broken.
