She didn't need surgery at all... Bt she did.... She looks cute now as well bt real is real...
She didn't get the surgery for looks bro. She broke her nose twice and she is a singer, so it was very difficult for her to sing because broken nose septum wont make breathing process easy. Her voice too changed because of that issue, so she fixed it when it became even more difficult to breathe. Even the camera man of this film said in an interview that, shruti had to adjust her nose everytime according to the camera angle because broken septum wont make the nose stay in a single position like normal people. If she did the surgery for looks then she wouldn't have done it after doing a film, she was wealthy and studied in California, she would've changed her looks before returning to india.
