Teaching your Lagotto Puppy to go to his/her bed.

In this short video clip, I demonstrate the technique used to teach place training your puppy. Place is simply a term used to let your puppy know he/she should go to her mat, her bed, or any other spot you choose. In this case, I use a raised hammock bed to teach her.

Once the behaviour is firmly established than you can start to add a word as you click - in this way you are starting to associate a command.

Yes, definitely. Clicker training is so easy, and it allows your pup to catch on so quickly. Just be thoughtful about the timing of your click, for it is the marker that tells the pup the moment he/she has done what you want!
