- Recently received my Elegee Katala Acoustic guitar and wanted to share the experience with you all. The video doesn't do justice to how it looks in person as it is really a beautiful guitar! Will probably do a Martin OM-28 compared to this amazing guitar.

Shipping was quite fast coming from them direct from the Philippines. This guitar doesn't really come with a hard case, they bought it for me because of shipping internationally.

Do they ship internationally? I really like a real top DFilipino craftmanship guitar like Elegee.

Sir pwede makahingi din po ng review and comparison with a martin? Planning to buy either the Katala or a Tyma TF12. Hirap kasi wala ako makita masyadong reviews sa Katala. Hope mapagbigyan ang request.
I will pero kasi na sa local luthier dito pa yun dalwang gitara. So will do that kapag yun Martin is fixed. 🙏
I just researched the Tyma TF12, yes its Engelmann Spruce pero sir, I strongly recommend supporting our kabayan Sir Jon Elegee Guitar na Katala. Sobrang ganda talaga yun craftsmanship nila. Even my local luthier dito sa Hong Kong said yun binding quality and built ng body sa loob ng Katala is comparable and better than some world known brand like Martin/Taylor brands. The Katala body is very light, solid and very resonant! Kaya Elegee parin suggestion ko.
@@artr2 thank you sir sa suggestion ninyo. Will consider this when making the purchase. So far madami ako nakikitang good feedback sa Katala though wala pa ako nakikita na.gumawa ng in depth review. Mostly nakikita kong feedback sa mga videos ay "maganda" yung guitar and not much else.
