We don't have enough Moon Cancer (or Pretender/Beast, being fairly new classes) to be abused, compared to Foreigners. Besides, the "madness" associated with the horrors of Foreigners fit more in the inner side of the evaluation done by the Counter Force. And could be a Hint for the new Abby protection of our dreams.
It's definitely possible to have Galahad himself to fight us right before we cross the wall, but i don't think it could be a whole story chapter as the other classes had.
