Cycle count alone doesn't determine battery health; other factors include heat and charge levels. Charging an iPhone from 30-80% is half a cycle, charging the same phone from 0-50% is also half a cycle, charging from 50-100% is also half a cycle. Batteries degrade faster when the charge level is near 100%. So charging from 50-100% everyday would degrade the batteries faster than charging it from 30-80%. Fast charging affects the health, and so does wireless charging.
Your math is wrong. The new battery's full charge capacity is higher than the designed capacity. For example on my iPhone 15 pro the designed capacity is 3274 mah, but the full charge capacity was 3370 mah. You have to take this into consideration when you do your math.
Hi I have iPhone 11 pro 4 years old maximum capacity is showing 98% then last value cycle count is showing 1116 :) I charged this morning at 9:51 am now my battery is showing 46% and the time is 7pm! Never changed the battery!
My analytics says 216 cycles on a 14 Pro Max that is 23 months old. There is no way that is correct but the calculation would be 91.36 and my phone says health is 90%. None of it seems right. My screen time is usually over 7 hours per day. Usage is mostly music playback and reading news articles.
I have an iPhone 15 Pro and I have the cycle count under the battery settings. I am on iOS beta 18.1 but I had that cycle count on iOS 17. Are you saying that even that cycle count is not accurate?
This has drawn out so much a realistically it comes down to usage case and charging. If you constantly use wireless charging but don’t pay attention too either use Apple mag safe or approved MFI is your issue myself I use wired on the other hand if you have Apple Care or apart of iPhone upgrade plan who cares 🤷🏼♂️

989 cycles on my iphone 13 and the battery health is 84%

Cool I have the fifteen pro max and the difference was 4%, and my cycle count is 385

Q: 6 months ago my iphone12pm had a health of 75% so I got a new battery installed. But the health rating has not changed. Any suggestions?
you need a special tool to actually make the battery health 100% again.

hola a mi me a bajado con 33 ciclos del 100 al 99 % es normal?
So if you SHARE (up right) you don´t have to copy all... 😂😂😂😂😂😂
You can’t share is not working you need it doing manual copy!
In the setting it shows 85%, but after manual calculation actually it is 66% 😮
I'm using iphone 7plus
