@Cinnamonbricks I use nets all the time, for the bending LEGO technique and for making wrapped cargo on sail ships. The newer round nets aren’t as useable as the square ones though.
Yeah. Printed parts are often more expensive on the second hand market. The main problem with stickers s that the glue can be bad, or that they're often attached askew.
Yeah I never really knew that people find them useless. Printed computer screen legos were like my favorite pieces when I was little and I used them as much as I could!

I like to use them to simulate BIONICLE eyes in my BIONICLE-ized animal heads. They also make neat elemental detailing when attached onto a pinhole in a CCBS part or G1 limb.

2:56 they're actually translucent. Transparent things are fully invisible, like air. Translucent things are like tinted plastic water bottles, clear slime, etc.

4:10 so imagine having a window made out of peoples legs, whoever lives in this house is not only a criminal but also is a strong believer in "hiding in plain sight"
1:10 I've stepped on irl brick paths where the bricks are set on nets, making a sinking, bouncy brick sort of walk way. It's cool that you can do the same with LEGO.
Our lego collection started out by buying tubs of random Legos at garage sales when my kids were young. They come up with the most creative uses for weird random pieces. I think it helps to not have a preconceived idea about what a piece is supposed to be used for in a particular set.
Taking the legs apart is probably the only "illegal" technique here, and it's only illegal in the sense that they wouldn't be accepted as an official Lego set. But they're your own Lego; do what you like with them. Heck using 1x1 round studs as water actually shows up in an official Lego set (the ship in a bottle).
Another trick for fire pieces, with the bloom ones you can use it as either a feather in a helmet or hat or use it as a badass hairpiece to give your minifigure an epic flaming mohawk. As for the standard fire pieces you can use them as a swords blade or even a speartip.
