It is pretty funny, if Naruto can lost long enough against gokus stamina draining forms he could win. He doesnt have the raw power Goku has. Due to stamina issues Goku just isnt as powerful as hes made out to be... especially if hes beaten badly enough. (Like how base, was it base or just Super Saiyan? Kefla was able to beat him in blue)
Blue was weak because he never really truly perfected SSGR! Part of the problem is, nobody has their tail to sustain the stamina needed for SSG, SSGB, UI, & MUI! That's the drawback!
@MSm-wr5jm exactly...id agree if they had their FULL saiyan heritage. I mean SSJ4 was abke to actually hurt ultra instinct goku, also number 16 was able to deflect a ssb goku Ki Blast. Thats why i think goku isnt as strong as people make him out to be. Those forms also TANK his stamina...so long period battles and hes done.
