Also, it was silly of the Indian woman to go to a Punjabi restaurant called Amritsar and have Punjabi food like naan, bhaji, and lassi for the Indian food. After all, majority of Pakistanis are Punjabi so this food is what they're used to anyway. The Indian woman should have gone to a South Indian or Bengali or Marathi restaurant, something you don't get in Pakistan

There are some major differences between Pakistani and Indian food. First, the majority of Indian food is not found in Pakistan. Pakistan only has Punjabi and Sindhi food. Second, Pakistani food is extremely nonveg and meat based. Indian cuisine, on the other hand, though it has meat dishes, is the most vegetarian friendly cuisine in the world!!!

there is nothing called Pakistani cuisine ...d food is basically inherited from indian Mughlai cuisine .......now adays u see more afghani influence in Pakistani dishes and recipes .....
It is our human instinct, starting from home in younger days, when one prefers d food of others, then as one grows in age, and travels, d food of the other place looks & seems better. The grass always greener on the other side. Every place is good in its own unique way & atmosphere of cooking, with d availability of of d water & ingredients put in, besides d variation of passion & love of every chef/mummyji's.

My dear Pakistani, after seeing your two opinions, I feel like giving my opinion here. First of all, Pakistani 99% Non-Vegetarian food is available, especially beef biryani. Vegetarian biryani is hard to find and your people don't like it either. I recently saw an interview with a Lahore hotel owner in Pakistan and he said that 99% of the food available here came from India. In India Both types of food are available but vegetarian food is mostly eaten by people. The variety of food available in India is not like that available in Pakistan. I often see Pakistan food vlog there I find different.
