If we look past all the cuteness, the blushing, the heart fluttering, and stomach-churning butterflies, it's really clear how Ongsa's internalized homophobia and learned helplessness is causing a lot of damage to Sun's healthy emotional upbringing, which is ironically, beneficial for both of them in the long run. Sun learns to apply and overcome difficult emotional obstacles, and Ongsa learns self-acceptance. A win-win.
Yeah, and Ongsa also has self-esteem issues on top of that, of thinking she isn't good enough for Sun, so she in turn puts Sun on a pedestal. It's bad for both of them.
@soobders6142 dog pile? Are we watching the same show? These are all legit character flaws shown already. The problem s that Ongsa is not taking the initiative to try to fix them. Sun tries to have dialog with her and she just goes "mhmm"
My tears didn't fall until after Ongsa was crying in her room. Because for me, it wasn't the breakup, that's the result. It was the internalized homophobia and fear of speaking out that got me.
I feel so bad for Ongsa, it's not easy being a closeted baby gay :( but it's true that she should've communicated all her insecurities to Sun... I feel so sad for both of them.
Honestly most of what sun said to ongsa was totally valid, however i don't like that the series doesn't even understand how bad outing is. Without the outing part i woul've been 100% on sun's side and it's such a shame that no one is realising that sun's actions were infact terrible at that time. I need both character to reflect on themselves, not just ongsa ☹️
Guys I really love Sun's maturity and calmness while talking to Ongsa she's the definition of perfection even though she could have yelled and told Ongsa to leave so she could be alone she told Ongsa everything she felt with a lot of maturity 😭.
Ongsa....!! I can literally relate to her soo much... It's feels like ongsaa represented all of us specially socially awkward and insecure people.....❤️🩹that's why 23.5 became my personal favourite and comfort series thankyou soo much to all the team of 23.5❤
I agree when I first saw ongsa, I thought she would be a stereotypical nerd. Then I saw her internal conflict and her self esteem issues and always worrying abt how she is. I relate to her so much to the point that it feels like I'm in there haha.
The way I can see both points of views and hurt for both of them 😢 But I specially see their age, the way things are taken out of proportion when you're a teenager because it's difficult to find an answer to everything you're feeling. One thing I agree with Sun about though is Ongsa's tendencies to take preventive measures all by herself without consulting her because she's just imagining the worst possible outcome for anything. Ongsa isn't only shy, she's extremely pessimistic and she feels like she's a burden. It's something very hard to work on and I get it, but it's essential to have a healthy relationship
Aylin and Luna made me smile for a second after crying because of Sun and Ongsa😭They are so cute and I'm glad Aylin is slowly trying to give humans a second chance ☺
Sun didn’t even really apologize for outing Ongsa. She even looked annoyed when Ongsa said that she was scared that her parents wouldn’t accept her. Sun has the right to be upset, what she feels is valid. I will keep on saying that it doesn’t mean that she gets to out Ongsa even Aylin and Luna! That’s on her when, where, and how! If Sun didn’t like that, she could of simply talked to her in private…but no she had to out Ongsa to her parents. Just because Sun has a good relationship with her parents, and they were accepting, doesn’t mean Ongsa’s will. It’s not an irrational fear Ongsa has, it’s valid! It happens to teens that are LGBTQIA+. They can get kicked out, disowned, or even k!ll€d. I get Sun is a teenager so she’s impulsive too and that caused her to do this. Or even if Sun didn’t like it, she could’ve talked to Ongsa and then broken up with her WITHOUT OUTING. Sun shouldn’t be forced back into the closet, so she could of simply broken up with Ongsa before all this happen. Sun has been understanding and people can only take so much, but people also have boundaries. Ongsa had that boundary, and Sun crossed it. Sun has the right to say what she feels, even though it seemed like she was guilt tripping Ongsa. It’s already bad enough that she already feels like 💩, we don’t need her feeling more. Ongsa even said that she didn’t want people to talk bad about Sun for being with her…which is valid. She’s still struggles with self esteem, and caring about what other people thing which is what teens go through. I even struggle with that at times and I’m already 22 💀. I know that’s something I need to work on and Ongsa does too but it’s a process. Sun you lost me 😭 Ongsa defender all the way‼️
100% agree with you here. Outing someone like that and showing no regret at all. I do hope that the series will handle that somehow but I have very little hope. Really disappointing. Edit: So, I watched the last part and I'm glad to see that sun apologised for.. well, something. I wish it had been explicitly about the actually dangerous act of outing someone rathe than that wishy-washy "sorry for trying to change you" thing they did, but overall I'm happy we got at least that.
honestly i feel like this shouldn't be a matter of which sides we should take bc i dont think ongsa isn't really completely innocent herself in this either. bc as much as you dont wanna admit, sun was partially right here in her explanation tbh. ongsa's lack of communication and her low self esteem are her major character flaws and they are what led them into this situation aside from sun's ignorance. sun outing ongsa ofc wasnt ok either and ppl are allowed to be mad at her for that, but at the same time i get her frustrations too especially in the first scene. i also never really got the sense that she was trying to "guilt trip" ongsa either tbh she was merely frustrated in that moment and needed to let it out. outing someone in real life can have major life threatening consequences and im in no way condoning that for anyone, and ongsa would've been a true victim in this case if she was immediately thrown out or disowned the moment she was outed in ep 10, but she wasn't. plus it seemed like her parents were just trying to find out what was happening and talk abt it so that kinda makes me believe that ongsa just needs to sort things out with her parents and then we can get their stance from there. you can get mad at the outing part specifically for luna and aylin tho, that's somewhat understandable bc i dont really understand the writers' decisions on their part for that either, but i still dont really think it's fair to just immediately dumb sun down into a villain in the story either for the one very bad ignorant mistake she has made in the entire show without at least trying to understand from her pov. you can do that while also not condoning what she did, bc trying to understand a character does not mean that you're justifying their actions. i believe that no one is truly perfect in this drama. it's clear that sun and ongsa both have a lot of growing up to do in this situation and im still gonna root for both them and hope that they fix this in the end 🤷🏻♀
the comments praising sun for her "maturity" (you mean being a terrible person) simply because they dislike that ongsa didn't tell her parents or sun, when she's scared of being outed and being treated differently by her parents or worse, disowned/hurt by them, is so so enraging. sun didn't even apologize for outing people. she literally deluded herself into thinking ongsa is in the wrong here.
Um when Sun said ‘you always think for me, never asked for my input’ i think Ongsa could also say the same… Their relationship is still in the early stage with lack of communication and understanding (plus compromise) so it is obvious that it will go down one way or another. Also, they’re both 16 🤣🤣
My first girlfriend and I were long distance so when I visited her for the first time it was a disaster. Her mother didn’t approve of our relationship and actually kicked us out of her home. So for the rest of my visit we stayed in a hotel. That reaction terrified me so I never told my parents I was dating a girl. My girlfriend understood that so when she visited me we were just “friends”. Needless to say it bothers me that Sun didn’t considered Ongsa might’ve been afraid. There are still people out there that won’t approve of queer relationships and it’s more than okay to not tell your family. Anyway even tho I was mad at Sun I thought the acting during the break up scene was well done.
It annoys me how Sun literally OUTED Ongsa (AND Ailyn too!) to her parents and still thought she was a victim in that situation. It's great if she doesn't care what others think, but Ongsa does, especially if it's her PARENTS. Sun should've tried to understand first WHY Ongsa doesn't want to disclose that they're in a relationship, but mostly she should've just respected it. You don't get to just out someone and then brush it off as not caring what ppl think and wanting your relationship to be out in the open.
I will be a really tough episode. I can understand both sides. Especially Ongsa since I feel like she resembles me a lot. She has a really low self esteem, she's socially awkward, anxious, has internalized homophobia, worries what people will say or think and a lot of more insecurities. I really understand her struggles, cause I also struggle with these things. It must have been really hard for her. But I also understand Sun's point of view. She's the type of person who constantly gives a lot to people she cares about and sacrifices a lot. But at some point it's frustrating, because you feel like you're the only one who tries and makes an effort to make a relationship work. Ongsa feels like she's doing all of this for her but she never asked her how she feels about this. They both need to learn to talk about their feelings straightfowordly. Ongsa needs to stop thinking like she knows what's best for Sun, learn to ask what's her opinion on things and work on her insecurities. And Sun needs to be more understanding and patient with Ongsa. It's really challenging to be in a relationship with someone who has so many insecurities. She knew from the start what kind of person is Ongsa and how much she struggles. Even though I get her point of view I think breaking up with her was too harsh. Nevertheless I still hope it would be a wake up call for her to fight for Sun.
@@iaccidentallygavenarutolig1281are you dense? it's the fact that NO ONE KNEW if they were going to be okay with it. she should've never outed anyone in the first place.
@@soobders6142 Im not dense bitch. as a viewer of the show its world is very idealistic and i think this part of the show was fucking written dumb. Because nobody cared about sun and ongsa. The teachers, their friends, the students. No one gives a fuck. And so i dont think its weird for sun to assume that ongsas parents wouldnt care. Last weeks episode made me upset with ongsa because their enviornment is filled with gay people and allys. So when ongsas parents didnt care. I was upset because ongsa was still denying it. I 100% understand both sun and ongsa. Im closeted myself so i understand.
@@soobders6142 Literally immediately after sun outed aylin and luna they were happy about them. Are YOU dense? In this show everyone is either gay, or an ally. Literally there is support all over Sun and Ongsa. I dont blame sun for not thinking because literally nobody gaf. The students, teachers, parents, friends. No one cares in this show. If the show had a different set of characters where some were not accepting of them, i wouldve understood more. The problem is the writing and pacing. It made me mad at Ongsa because she had no reason to keep denying even after seeing her parents support. But i realistically understand Ongsa and Sun. I am closeted myself. So font act like im slow.
@@iaccidentallygavenarutolig1281 ongsa literally stated in the beginning of the episodes that she wasn't sure people would accept them, and other characters talked about this as well. lgbtq is taboo in this show. just because the **GAY PEOPLE IN THE SHOW** aren't homophobic, doesn't mean there isn't homophobia into their world. ongsa's fears are very VERY reflective of reality, disownment and hate crime are a reality in her world.

"understanding" she didn't even apologize for outing all these people 😭 are you guys insane? she's literally in the wrong here. just because she grew up in a perfect home doesn't mean it's sunshine and roses for everyone else.
@@soobders6142 unfortunately even in real life, people who grew up in healthy, positive households, often don't understand the struggle of those who didn't grow up in a healthy household.
The dialogue in this episode is just out of the world. The discussion in the park, as if it put words to the many dilemmas we go through everyday. Regardless of the situations it answers many questions.
"you never asked for my input." Woman. You just OUTED her and two other people that weren't even present to their parents, whom you don't even know, and you didn't ask anyone for their permission or input. That's BS right there. Sun may have had a heathy childhood but she's sheltered and immature. This series had potential. I'm honestly disappointed.
I do very much understand part of Sun's POV, but she says she's upset that Ongsa worries for her and never talks to her, and then at the same time outs her in front of her parents when she could clearly tell that Ongsa was in distress. She has the right to be upset, but she should have taken her aside and asked her about the friend comment instead. It'll be interesting to see how they fix their relationship!
The acting here is just so, so good. You can really feel the pain of both Ongsa and Sun, even though it is for different reasons. Such skill on both actors parts for relating a complex situation and making us feel their trauma. 💔
i do applaud sun for her understanding ongsa during the times she mentioned, BUT that's literally not an excuse to out someone. some kids are getting abused, kicked out, bullied, because they're gay. you cannot just disclose someone's sexuality because of that, if you're parents were okay that you're gay, good for you but not everyone has the same kind of parents. she could've ask first why ongsa doesn't want her parents to know they're more than friends before she says that, like my girl, you can do better than this.
icl this story is great, but its a bit fast pace and i want to see sun's point of view so i can understand her more. but overall MILKLOVE AND VIEWJUNES acting is very impressive and its amazing. i hope to see them in further works. GMMTV please find them a better series and give them the glory they deserve
I really expected them to show more personality to sun tho ! Like how her life is ? Who is her friends ? What is her dream ? Like what is her personality?
When I just thought that Sun is perfect and matured. That one flaw, she’s the one who’s not understanding. She only look at the world in her perspective. Outing Onsang is below the belt. I just liked how the show Sun’s immaturity as well coz it’s kind of expected that Onsang will be the immature one. You really can’t judge a person until you can bond with them for some time.
This is such a well-written and realistic conflict, because I feel both of their pain and understand where both sides are coming from. When it comes to two good people who love each other, conflict is often like this, with no person being in the wrong but both people having something valid about what hurts them, which makes their pain in this episode feel so palpable and realistic!!!! Well done ❤
I am finally getting a chance to watch these last few episodes after being gone for a while. The acting here is the best of anywhere. 💖. The pain both Sun and Ongsa are conveying is as close to real life as can be. Excellent script writing! Yes, fearing a parents’ disapproval, especially at this age, is real and can cause anyone in that position to freeze up and not think clearly. Sun is also correct in feeling the pain of betrayal. Again, the writing and acting of these complex emotions is amazing. So, so good. The pain and sadness we viewers feel is a testament to how good the entire production is. Being away from this amazing series for a month, makes me realize what I’ve been missing and shows me once again how brilliant it is. 💖👍
Everyone saying “Sun did this, Sun did that”….y’all, Sun made all the sacrifices while Ongsa didn’t. Sun needs to fill out that paperwork and get on the plane. She won’t, but she should.
So we're conveniently forgetting that Sun outted Ongsa and Aylin to their parents/guardians 💀??? Ik the story is trying to go at ongsa's insecurities and the effect of same on her relationship but man, this deffo wasn't a way to get to that smh
14:25 I couldnt stand seeing ongsa burst into tears after sun broke up with her 🤕 it was so painful, poor baby ❤ Kudos to Milk's acting in that scene, it was so well done 🎉 the way she was trying to get her words out but she couldnt cuz she was choking on her tears and then the cradled hug she had with p'alpha ❤ omg i felt every emotion 😢 gmmtv actors do not come to play when it comes to the intense emotional scenes, first satang in 'we are' and now milk in this show 💪 high high quality performers
I must say this my favorite episode so far. Brilliant acting you guys. So much much depth, raw and relatable 😊❤ before I know it I end up watching it over and over again😅
I can understand sun tho it hurts so damn much to be someone secret !! It feels like we are maintaining an affair ..... It makes us feel so worthless ... Damnnn
Sun pouring out her feelings to Ongsa is heartbreaking. 💔 It really shows how people are willing to do what they can for the person they fall inlove with and being introduced as just a friend carried more weight to their heart. But I am glad how the series was able to portray it because a lot of us can learn from it. There is more to falling inlove than being cute and giddy. It is actually a start of deeply trying to understand the other person and communication is the way to do it. I know Ongsa has her reasons and Sun isn't aware of it yet. They are still at the early earlt stage of their relationship and they are still learning how to handle it.
It's actually sun's fault in the whole scene like she shouldn't have opened up too much nd think before revealing something like she didn't even cared about the feelings of ongsa nd aylin. She don't mind what others think that's fine but it takes a bit of time to reveal...
Although I am sad about them breaking up, it is good to see them telling each other how they feel. It is important to build a deeper relationship. They haven't had any deep talk so far. Also I am really impressed by Sun knowing clearly what happened here and what she want. That is a lot for a teenager girl.
4:25 Why does sun make me cry?😭 She said such profound and beautiful words
I simply accept how Sun outed EVERYONE. sis needs to understand that she had no right to tell. Everyone parents are different!!
Its the fact ongsas parents didnt care though. ofc she shouldve been more careful, but ongsas parents were okay with it
@@iaccidentallygavenarutolig1281are you dense? it's the fact that NO ONE KNEW if they were going to be okay with it. she should've never outed anyone in the first place.

จริงเลยอันนี้😢
I felt really felt the despair from both Sun and Ongsa in this episode. Props to Milk and Love really. Please give them more projects together :)
I can't hate any character; both have good points. Depending on your perspective and experience, you may feel more for one of them.
watching recent series of affair, loyal pin, and unlock your love but still come back to rewatch 23.5. because it feels like home. like watching my teenage life back then. i feel the broke up scenes so much.. i feel ongsa, i feel sun 😭😭😭 milklove 💚💗♾️
Loverruk looks absolutely beautiful even when she is crying also 😭❤
not aylin luna being lovey dovey while ongsa looking like a sad puppy 😭
Sun is so understanding good god, i felt every bit of pain in her voice during that swing scene.... 😭😭😭😭
No, why did she out her and aylin?
@@KpopAddict-xi3cz aylin outed them to luna and was about to do the same to the parents + Alpha that night if ongsa didn't over her mouth in time, chaoren outed tinh and ongsa at the same time, they're all outed each other. Sooooo yeah, that's a scriptwriter's problem lol
I remember how we always wait for Friday to see this but no more from now I hate it😭😭
Plzzzz we want more.... Milklove!!!❤️
The curse of ep 11 strickes us again
Milklove needs to do more hard core angst storyline! I think out of GL love teams they do it best!! They are such a great actors! ❤❤❤
4:45 wow wow wow!! She is a really good actress 😳😳
The actresses are so good, that makes me drowned with tears last night😭😭😭
"you think of me, but you're never once asked for my input. Somehow i'm always the first to get hurt by you" NANGIS GUA COKK
icl this story is great, but its a bit fast pace and i want to see sun's point of view so i can understand her more. but overall MILKLOVE AND VIEWJUNES acting is very impressive and its amazing. i hope to see them in further works. GMMTV please find them a better series and give them the glory they deserve
You're SO RIGHT!!! I hope we can understand her a bit better in the next few episodes
They should focus on main leads
real idk why do they have to make it exactly 12 episodes it's a waste of talent 😢
riiiiiiight shouldve had 16 episodes AT LEAST
Yeah, I was waiting for sun's pov😪
I understand sun's pain in her words what a grate acting😢❤
I really expected them to show more personality to sun tho ! Like how her life is ? Who is her friends ? What is her dream ? Like what is her personality?
I don’t know which Eeddjiot is cutting onions at this crucial moment sun is pouring out her heart 🤗😭😭😭😭😭🥹🥹🥹
Sun happiness not only her dreams (US) her happiness also spending time with Ongsa 😢 what a great girlfriend sun ❤
You really can’t judge a person until you can bond with them for some time.
i shouldnt be watching this when im already emotional. ongsa's tears nearly made me burst out sobbing in front of my family😭
Same here, I'm a married man that likes love stories, watch this on my tablet , have to keep wiping my eyes
My heart was broken into pieces when ongsa and sun broke up. Every word they said resonated in me bad. 😢
Idk y’all but I can understand both sides but I still think that sun shouldn’t have outed Ongsa like that😭🙏🏽
This is such a well-written and realistic conflict, because I feel both of their pain and understand where both sides are coming from. When it comes to two good people who love each other, conflict is often like this, with no person being in the wrong but both people having something valid about what hurts them, which makes their pain in this episode feel so palpable and realistic!!!! Well done ❤
Sun's words hit spot on in all the right places. Such a sad scene 🥲.
Sun, after what you did last episode, you better redeem yourself
I love the portrayal of Ongsa's internalised homophobia, it's pretty common for queer people to have this struggle..

Can't believe this is the second to last episode
i want crying 😭
Everyone saying “Sun did this, Sun did that”….y’all, Sun made all the sacrifices while Ongsa didn’t. Sun needs to fill out that paperwork and get on the plane. She won’t, but she should.
They are so good at acting I'm literally crying so much😢
Love and Milk’s acting is amazing in this ep. The story line goes smoothly because of these outstanding actors.
Love is really a great actress!! Great job by her!!
To have someone like Alpha as your sister is a blessing.
16:13that was soo cutee~
Also I can't believe there's one episode left...😭🤧
Seeing ongsa cry is so sad, i think sun should have been a little more understanding
They are great actresses, they had me tearing up as well when they cried

My heart couldn’t take it omg sun 🥹🥹💀

Special episode for sun's pov 😢😢😢😢
We all need new series milk love
Omg we are already in the 2nd last episode. I remember waiting for so many years for MilkLove’s series and now it’s already over next week😭
I am gonna miss waiting every friday for this series holds a memory with me 😭💗
I must say this my favorite episode so far. Brilliant acting you guys. So much much depth, raw and relatable 😊❤ before I know it I end up watching it over and over again😅
Milk and Love are very talented actors! They make you feel the emotion so well 😭
I can understand sun tho it hurts so damn much to be someone secret !!
P'Luna lucu bangettt, gemeess
Tapi langsung sedih lihat ongsasun. Dibuat naik turun moodku
พี่อัลฟ่าคือที่สุดดด
It's actually sun's fault in the whole scene like she shouldn't have opened up too much nd think before revealing something like she didn't even cared about the feelings of ongsa nd aylin. She don't mind what others think that's fine but it takes a bit of time to reveal...
11:29 Damn ongsa fight for your love!!!! Omggg😭😭😭😭
Although I am sad about them breaking up, it is good to see them telling each other how they feel. It is important to build a deeper relationship. They haven't had any deep talk so far. Also I am really impressed by Sun knowing clearly what happened here and what she want. That is a lot for a teenager girl.
Don't want this to end 😢
