Banana on pizza is great. It was for years my favourite pizza topping!

For Kebabpizza you go to Jönköping, nowhere else have I eaten such good ones pretty much in all of them.

I am swedish and I make my own Carbonara. I usually use Pancetta, egg yolks, pecorino, pasta water and pasta ( guanciale is not always easy to get you hand on ).

You know things are bad when the Italian says that the ananas is not the worst thing on a pizza 😂

You can get good italian pizza in some places in Sweden, but most common is of course swedish pizza. But look at the TH-cam videos from Lilla Napoli or DOC.

I love banana pizza, it has been one of my favourites for decades, but please no peanuts (never heard of that on a banana pizza before) and please replace the ham with pork fillet.

That kebabpizza looked sad. Trollhättan and Vänersborg are the cities with the best kebabpizzas ever! It should be made with lettuce, tomato, red onion and feferoni!

Looks like a terrible pizzeria tbh, not up to normal Swedish standard.

Yeah i figured after a while.. that's why having other swedish friends was useful in this video! so they could tell me if this is the normality or not!

I guess you are in northern or eastern Sweden. That is a sorry excuse for Kebab pizza.. and garlic sauce is not used in any proper Swedish pizzeria (i.e. in western or southern Sweden), there, they use proper kebab sauce (i.e. one thing, not "red or white" which is basically "garlic or tomato"). Those two Swedes can clearly not be trusted to guide you to a good Swedish experience.
Also, try Swedish meatballs. There are 0 Italians on TH-cam that have done it. But do not get it from the two people in the video. Go to a proper traditional restaurant.

Yes you guessed right! But I need to say my friends are to be defended: they didn’t decide were I took the pizza and they were honest about the pizza ratings☝️
Also they explicitly said that these are not the best pizzas 🍕🥰
But I will try the meatballs 😌

The best banana pizza you actually get in the North, in Jokkmokk.

Rules around food is very limiting. I know religions do that as a means of controlling the everyday life of their followers but Italians seem to do it voluntary. Maybe that is why they have such a limited palette? Videos like this make me happy I was not brought up in Italy. I would hate if my mind was forced to be in such a tight prison cell when it comes to food.

Just that you know the video is intended for fun purposes, also I rate based on my personal taste , if I don’t like banana on a pizza is not because I’m not “cultured enough” or “I have a limited palette” it’s because it is not of my taste!
if this video shows something is that even though it is completely different from the tradition, I went out of my way to try different things and I actually tried before judging
Comments like this make me happy you were not brought up in Italy , imagine you were my neighbor, what a bummer 😌
