    I love how you just went with it and tried to salvage the caramel...and it looks like you did! That's real life. It happens! Looks delicious🙃

    That looks really good, Ryan! I love the flavor of browned butter. (If I make this, I might try browning the butter that goes in the pudding a bit just to be extra.) I apologize if I just missed the instruction, but do you bake the bread pudding at 350?
    Also, a tiny suggestion: I’ve noticed that you don’t usually specify whether to use salted or unsalted butter. I’m assuming you always use unsalted, as most professional bakers do, but it might be helpful to some of your viewers to specify. Just a thought.😊

      Thank you so much! Yes, I baked it at 350° for around an hour! Yes, I do use unsalted most of the time…I definitely need to do a better job of specifying…my husband tries to remind me while I’m doing the videos to specify types of flour and other ingredients like butter.
