    You don't get anywhere near 420mg of caffeine from 1 cup of coffee. A normal cup is closer to 70-110mg so you'd need 3->5 cups to equal that level of dosage. Maybe something like a triple espresso could hit around 250mg.

    Is it okay to eat some fat before a workout and after a workout? I work out in the afternoon usually 2 hours after lunch but when I make my lunch I don't focus how many grams of protein fat in carbs my lunch has I just make whatever and then I work out 2 hours later I feel fueled even though sometimes I might have more fat in my lunch from eggs cheese or butter, my meal after workout sometimes I'll add fat in the form of nut butter is this okay to eat?

      including healthy fats is a good way to reach overall daily requirements, but it is not mandatory or time-sensitive. In other words, it is neither here nor there, and you can consume fat whenever you like.

      @@OliverCrowhurst thank you for answering my question what a relief 🙏🏻 I have osteoporosis I rely on healthy fats for bone health as well as overall health but I felt like I was doing something bad if I ate some fat with my post-workout meal because I have seen some videos that are very adamant in saying you should not eat fat before or after a meal but because I also work out to rebuild bone density it was making me feel bad mentally because I do need to have healthy fat throughout the day in all my meals, I don't feel like it affects my ability to work out but I just wanted to make sure that my muscles are benefiting but I also need to feed my bones too, I'm so glad that it doesn't matter when we eat fat, it also helps my blood sugar too if I have a little bit of fat with each meal both fat and protein along with a healthy carb, for me I need to eat a healthy balanced diet with all macronutrients together if I just eat one or two macronutrients it affects my blood sugar
