Shakur cooked himself last night and made it so that no high level fighter at 135 or 140 has to fight him. He’s not a financial draw and he also routinely refuses to let his hands go. I've said it before this fight. Shakur is not ready for the Tank...Devin Haney level. He still (boxes) like an Olympian. Too polished and specific...if that fails...he'll run, which you just saw. It's called having an impeccable "boxing IQ" He's not there yet. He's climbing, but not there yet.
