Don't know if it has a name in English, but the bread on a stick is called Snobrød in Denmark, a nice campsnack that all scouts master very young :) when we make it with the kids it is a sure hit if we add some chocolate sauce and mini marshmallows in the hollow part of the bread while it is still warm 😉

I'd like to offer some advice. I've been taught to hold my knife still then pull the fire steel toward me. That way there is little chance that the kindling will get disturbed. Also, the sparks fall down instead of spraying about.
