    Ingredients:
    For Khowsuey:
    For curry:
    1 nariyal ka milk
    1/2 tsp besan
    2 tbsp melon seeds
    1 tbsp daliya dal
    1 number of onion
    3 number of green chilli
    7-8 garlic cloves
    1 inch adrak ka tukda
    salt as per taste
    water as per required
    For tadka:
    3 tbsp oil
    1/2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
    For grind:
    3 tbsp oil
    4 to 5 garlic cloves
    3 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp cumin seeds
    1/2 nimbu ka ras
    For topping:
    Noodles[boiled]
    papdi
    curry
    onion
    spring onion
    fried onion
    fried garlic
    lemon juice
    red chutney
    lemon juice
    For boiling peas:
    1 cup dried peas
    1/4 tsp turmeric
    salt to taste
    a pinch of soda-by-carb
    3 cup water
    For Ragda:
    boiled peas
    1 potato[boiled]
    2 tbsp oil
    a pinch of asafoetida
    1 tbsp red chilli powder
    1 tbsp coriander cumin
    1 tsp garam masala
    1 tsp pav bhaji masala
    salt to taste
    water as per required
    For puri:
    1 cup maida
    1 tsp oil
    salt to taste
    water as per required
    a little amount of milk [ optional]
    For kokum chutney:
    1/2 cup kokum
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 tsp red chilli powder
    1/2 tsp cumin[roasted]
    salt to taste
    For green chutney:
    50 gm green chilli
    1 onion
    coriander
    salt to taste
    For assembling:
    puri
    ragda
    green chutney
    kokum chutney
    sev
    cheese[optional]
