Therapy used to be sitting with your best friend and just talking about all the personal things but now people are far more self absorbed and good friends are so rare. Issue now is society has had it so good for so long that they invent problems that aren’t problems, hard work alone to some is just showing up to the job and the job itself isn’t even slightly difficult. Look back at the greatest generation in past wars, see what they were in their teens compared to now, it’s sad.

In NA they have these things called suggestions. Suggestion is a polite word for 'wtf you have to do to succeed in your recovery from drug addiction'. So when Andrew Tate 'suggests' something, I 'suggest' you listen!
I actually agree. I think the motivating part of going to therapy is because you want someone to listen to how you feel and for them to care about you. But the reality is your wasting your time. All that time and energy could be used towards moving. Pass. Whatever it is bothering you and using it to build you up.

Reacting to struggle with wins, even small ones, not excuses, to avoid the struggle, is the path to a greater belief in one's self -------- to achieve much greater successes.

I had a friend who had a loss in his family. He was very distraught and felt hopeless. I had him come to the gym with me. He started lifting weights and jogging with me. He began to become stronger and healthier, but someone convinced him to get therapy. It was a rabbit hole he just couldn’t get out of. He eventually stopped working out with me and began taking prescription medication by the psychiatrist. He became a shell of a person. Therapy completely destroyed his life. They introduced and convinced him that he was worst off than he thought!
