    Most people don't allow their Kombucha to get very acidic or "vinagery". I do however, as that's where the magic happens to me. You should NOT overindulge on this kind of Kombucha, especially if you are eating a lot of fermented foods; this will lower your blood acidity and might become harmful. It does help with a lot of different ailments in my experience. But as in all things, moderation is key; and how strong it is does matter.
    Also remember that drinking a lot of water is a healthy complement to kombucha as you are detoxing.

    Great to hear ! I read that too much will deplete your minerals in your body but I am not buying it !

      Hi all, I am told vinegar (by Thomas Delauer among others) helps to absorb minerals, so it shouldn't deplete them since you are consuming the kombucha.

    Yeah I try not drink too much as it can be very gassy. It can make a real mess in the toilet bowl, well from my experience. In which is mine not yours. All the Best!
