This video isn't entirely accurate. For these particular weekly events, they always give you more daily missions then you need to complete it. Most don't require a specific character. So i was able to get the full reward without having Arya or Joker. Having said that, there are definitely way to many "own content" challenges in this game...
1. Free daily rewards will gift you a beach ready skin for Arya from Game of Thrones 2. Joker (Jack in a box challenge) is glitched and you need to perform down specials mid air and land them on your opponent in either rifts or pvp 3. Not sure what you are referring to for "Free daily rewards will gift you a beach ready skin for Arya from Game of Thrones" because that is not true. Shark hat Arya is RNG and Shark Week labeled. Unless there is a skin from the July 2nd event then not sure what you're talking about. They delisted her skin from being bundled and now let you buy it for 1500.
This is why the game died again
They keep making it worse and worse. The player count dropped so low and they don't even care.

The Arya skin is not free, although I'm still enjoying the game. And im sure I'll still finish the event without the one challenge
