Host Emma Wulfhorst speaks to Beth Hines, Executive Director of Community Partners in Action who have been working on wrap around re-entry programs and services for 150 years, with Mark Twain as a founding member. Plus, Wulfhorst is joined by longtime local activists, Barbara Fair from Stop Solitary CT and Terri Ricks from the ACLU Smart Justice Campaign. They discuss the recent pressure to publicly release the video of an inmate's death, J'allen Jones, during a mental health episode. Fair and Ricks also walk through the proposals to change prison policy and expand/better enforce CT's Protect Act.
