The Panels Plus Power Conveyors transports subcomponents and walls from the worktable to the framer, for conveying and staging walls between tables and at the end of the line.
We offer two different types of power conveyors. A stationary power conveyor which consists of a low friction tabletop conveyor chain with variable speed drives and our adjustable power conveyor which can adjust the width from 4ft to 12ft depending on your wall size. The adjustable power conveyor also includes pop-up rollers that allow the operator to roll subcomponents onto the conveyor from the component tables.
