got a email with the new terms and conditions said that they would cut off data if you over use it right now Ive used 200g and it is messing up and can't use as home intet
Visible basic isn't for you if you want to do any curbside pickup, like Home Depot. You can't pull up your email nor the app to check in for curbside pickup. I was able to do all of these things - email loaded, fast browsing through web pages, app loading/login - on my friend's phone that's with verizon. Now I've upgraded to visible plus and will test it out. Oh, and I'm paying more than my friend on verizon now.
Hey Sean! Mobile throttling occurs when you pass a certain threshold of data usage in a month (data cap) and your speeds start to slow down. Deprioritization, on the other hand, occurs when the wireless network you're on gives priority to other users and slows down your data speeds, once the towers become less congested your service speeds should go back to normal. Hope that helps clear things up!
@@visible bro why are you all playing word salad with me 😭😭 I am saying YALL ARE SLOWING DOWN THE DATA SPEED!!! Why do u need to go so deep into semantics!!! It’s like everyone in this comment section is trying to “well, actually 👆🤓” me into thinking yall don’t slow down speeds. But U do. So it’s fake. It’s not really 5g speed the way 5g should be. YOU ARE SLOWING IT DOWN🤡🤡🤡
You know what sucks. no one wants to text to Dominican Republic. What we really need is unlimited calling too (D.R) and from(USA). Dominican Republic clients are all with metro pcs and with T-Mobile. Give us the international roaming and calling to d.r and you will see how many customers will leave those companies. Last thing we need to have a customer service team that you can call and speak with instead of an automated message system. Sent from my iPad
Same with Guam. It’s technically domestic to the US but is charged over a dollar a minute for most carriers. Like I can call China and Puerto Rico but not Guam.
Visible has been nothing short of awesome for me. I've had mint,T-Mobile,metro, and spectrum. Spectrum and visible (both use Verizon data) have been awesome. The visible plan is a much better buy alone (spectrum line being free for 12 months with the Internet is a no brainer"can't beat a free line if it is offered with the Internet plan"). Visible base has free roaming, free calls to Mexico and Canada, unlimited hotspot, and unlimited deprioritized data for 25. The two downsides that some people talk about is 1. Online only support, there support is fantastic through there app with helpful representatives and once your account is set up with auto pay and sim/esim activated there is no need to contact support( I've had no issue where I have had to contact support after setup unlike other carriers) 2. Deprioritized data, the data speeds I have always received anywhere have been no less than 30mbps and about 120mbps in the high end. 30mbps is more than enough to load anything quickly and I am able to watch videos at 720p even though they cap speed on streaming to 480p due to many streaming services efficiency and to give another example of speed the hotspot for base is capped at 5mbps but I am able to use my tablet for streaming, play my Nintendo switch online use my laptop with all loading anything up fast. For 25 dollars you wont find anything better than them. The premium plan at 45$ even has more benefits being 50gb of priority data, 10mbps hotspot, free 2gb roaming when in Mexico or Canada and a free watch add on. Overall the base plan is best for most people the priority data is only noticable if you are somewhere like an event(concert, comicon etc) but chances are you aren't trying to watch movies if you are in a event and the base will do just fine, the 10mbps is probably noticable if you are (heavily browsing, downloading/uploading files etc),the roaming in Mexico and Canada is noticable if you go out of the country often otherwise you can pay for temporary roaming on base. Lastly the free watch add on, it is really nice to have a watch plan for when you are away from your phone, sadly it's only available for apple watches and could be a 10 dollar ad on to base. If only visible offered pixel watches then I would happily give them more money. And for the people that say us mobile basic and what not because of priority data it only gives 35 gb after that it is 1mbps and only 10gb of hotspot once those 35gb run out the priority is worthless and same with the hotspot once the 10gb is used up. Having a nice stable data speeds/hotspot that are by no means slow and "unlimited"is much better. You can not and will not go wrong with visible.
Oh yeah, good stuff. Put this as a TV ad please.

Put this in an actual AD
Formality aside, let joy walk with you.
I don't know why but their service in the South is poor. Even verizon network does not have 5G in Mississippi.
I switched to Visible. Couldn’t be happier.
💙 We're so happy to hear you are loving your Visible service!
Is it for us only
Yes runs on Verizon
If he says it’s not good for me.. then I’m not getting it ..
Learn to think for yourself 😂 just because it’s not that good for someone doesn’t mean it’s bad for someone else
They forgot to add that visible throttles so it’s not really 5g
Deprioritized, not throttled.
No, they don't. Its deprioritized when the tower is congested, which also happens on Verizon prepaid.
@@donnie4645
- Verizon prepaid has truly unlimited plans that don’t throttle
- so you agree with me. When the tower is congested, it’s… throttled.
