nope, it is not greek infrastructure. greece lost a war against roman empire and it was a part of the roman empire. of course, it was influenced by greek culture but it was not greek city or construction. there was always a differnt civisalition in Anatolia. If it was a greek civisilation, why would not conquer all part of the places. :)
Wow those Turks, they were such influencers in engineering, architecture, art. Now I wonder why the Roman's and other barbarian civilizations went there, destroyed everything and claimed the property their own and decapitate the statuary, the sarcophagi, then declared Hagia Sophia as an Islamic architectural, cultural and religious monument. Is'nt modern "history a monumental truth".
