I always felt that this was her way of trying to tell everyone of what she was going through without outright saying it. She was so high- the darling of the music world, essentially-for so long, that it doesn't surprise me if this was her wayof revealing what she was going through.

its really about her. shes telling the whole world what her situation was at the time this song was established that shes already been in a dire situation because of her dad way back in the early 2000s or maybe in '90s. she can't convey her feelings in those years so we didnt know anything about it nor this message of the song until she went crazy by shaving her hair and other crazy things she did only to find out that shes having a mental breakdown or something because of those yrs she got abused by her dad.

This song reminds of the time when I was a teenager. My grandmother was very strict and overprotective. She wouldn't allow me to go out with my friends. I would go to school, do household chores and then I would study. I was like a bird in a golden cage and some people thought that I lucky. But they had no idea how lonely I was. Listening to this song made me realise that I was not the only one. I had no idea that celebrities also went through the same thing. Then I realised that we are all human beings.
Its the opposite to me. Im lucky they didnt let me go out much unless it is with trusted relatives. I learned doing house chores, focused on schoolworks, and hobbies. I became much more disciplined. Now that im at the right age, they dont do that anymore because i have proven to them that i am a responsible person
