TBOGT WAS THE BEST STORY AND HAD THE BEST MUSIC. IT DEFINITELY INFLUENCED GTA V's music. that weak DLC in gta v wasnt enough.... they need they bring luis lopez back and the drug wars theme, they need to include him and tommy vercetti and lance or victor vance all back in one game.
GTA games are groundbreaking and sell crazy amount of copies for a reason. I love GTA always have also will. And i can't till you how excited i am to get my hands on GTA V.
Actually in the base game GTAIV the Radio Vladivostok does have Russian music. However I do agree, I would've loved to hear some more Russian/Eastern European club music

Self Radio is only for GTA V PC, it's easier to add music from your computer than to your console.
