I think this will be nice for my 16 yr old grandson...i prefer to crochet along with the video and write the instructions as i go.Thanks for this cool pattern
Hi Woolly, my colours are green, a beautiful autumn orange 🍂 and grey, I haven’t crocheted for a while so I’m looking through your videos for a refresher 😊
Thank you for the close up. I'm using baby blue pale orange the blue you used but didn't mention in the previous video what the blue is and dark green.
Hi there I stumbled upon your channel. I’m glad your instructions are pretty easy to follow. Well I wanted to ask you a question. I wanted to make this blanket for a queen size bed. How many rows of each would I make for each square to get my preferred size. I thank you in advance have a blessed weekend. Sorry in case it matters I am using U.S. 4ply yarn. Thanks
Hiya, thanks for your comment, you would work more squares rather than more rows, this blanket is 12 squares, my guess for a queen size would be 30 squares, hope that helps 😎👍🏼
😊❤Michelle I loved following your tutorial, I used 8ply acrylic wool using different shades of grey and breaking it with the 7 rows of black turned out beautiful ,wished I could add a photo here of it to show you, not sure how to , doesn’t give me an option to do so. Glenda from Queensland Australia.
Hi can I ask how much wool would you need to make this blanket as I would like to make it but would like to make sure I have enough wool thank you great video x
What weight was the yarn 🧶 used on this granny square I made one with medium weight (4) and I think it was too big ? And I used a size 5mm hook but maybe you used a weight (3) ? Your blanket is amazing and I’m gonna try to make this pattern .
Thank you for the tutorial!! I’ll be making one for my son. He celebrates 4/20 and would like it in Rastafarian colors 😂. Can I start with a magic circle?
Hiya, if you keep the same tonal change in the colours, then the one square would look the same but in my opinion it looks better with several uniform squares, the effect tricks your brain better 😂 Here is one of my earlier videos of a giant square blanket, with 4 squares. Have a look at it, it gives a good visual of how different one big square would be. th-cam.com/video/qgflnu0C2Wg/w-d-xo.html

Hiya, A good question. 😎 this video discusses the amounts of yarn from the 1:58 mark th-cam.com/video/v-ClnIbLxbo/w-d-xo.htmlsi=GWmiT_YWGTXvXveA

Hiya, I used uk 4ply, which is called fingering in the US. Hope that helps. 😊
Love them. Are they 3 D
No, they give the effect of 3d 😎
Is very nice
Thank you 😊

Como faço pra traduzir em Portugues
I’m sorry, I don’t know how to speak Portuguese or translate it.
The colour makes it a little difficult to see the stitches.
Hi, If you have a look at some of the other videos in this series you can see the stitch being worked in darker colours. Hope this helps 👍🏼
