Now, if the Irish whiskey industry would just lose the coloring and start putting more age statements on bottles (I realize that the new distilleries don’t have much aged whiskey) in the name of transparency it‘d be great. Speakin‘ of transparency: a bit more openness concerning sourced whiskey would be nice as well! 😊
